ZUBAAA! / Privacy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains how Sumihiro Ueda (“we”) handles information in ZUBAAA! and on this website. ZUBAAA! is a free game with optional rewarded advertising.
1. Game data on your device
The game saves progress, coins, upgrades, best records, daily fortune results, and sound settings on your device. We do not currently operate a server that receives this saved game data. Deleting the app may remove this data. Device backups are managed by your operating system and its provider.
2. Advertising
The release version of ZUBAAA! uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Where applicable, we request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before advertising. Only with ATT permission and the necessary regional privacy choices may Google and its advertising partners use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising and measurement across apps and websites. Without ATT permission, we disable ad personalization and the SDK does not send the IDFA. The publisher first-party ID remains disabled. When you use advertising, Google’s advertising SDK may collect IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google processes this information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement, depending on applicable settings and consent. This information may be processed by Google and its partners; it is not necessarily stored directly by us. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
3. Gameplay analytics
With your permission, ZUBAAA! uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand gameplay and improve the game. Collection is off by default. You can choose whether to participate on first launch and change your choice in Privacy settings on the title screen. We record app launches, game starts and results (distance, score, coins, and personal-best status), upgrades, and rewarded-ad rewards. Firebase also processes app-instance identifiers, app and device information, and automatic usage events such as sessions. We do not send names, email addresses, or the full saved game to Analytics. Analytics advertising consent is denied, and IDFV collection is disabled. Identifiers and event records are not necessarily anonymous. Turning collection off stops future Analytics collection and resets the Analytics data on the device; it does not automatically delete information previously sent. Information retained by Google follows the service’s retention settings and policies. See Firebase privacy information.
4. Your privacy choices
The release version uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements and show privacy messages where needed before requesting ads. Where applicable, you can revisit your choices through Settings → Privacy Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking does not prevent gameplay and is not a condition for earning an ad-viewing reward. Advertising choices and gameplay analytics choices are separate. Declining an optional rewarded ad does not prevent normal gameplay. Extra rewards require completing the ad; unavailable ads do not grant extra rewards.
5. Contact and website information
Our contact form uses Google Forms. Google processes the information you submit to provide the form service. We use your message and optional reply email only to respond and investigate your request. Your response is not published to other respondents. The website hosting provider may process ordinary access logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and access times, to deliver and secure the website. This site does not include a separate website analytics script.
6. Sharing, retention, and international processing
Service providers may process information to deliver advertising, host this site, or support communications. We may also disclose information where required by law. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Information handled by third-party providers is retained under their policies and may be processed outside your country.
7. Requests and children’s privacy
You may contact us to ask about information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law. We do not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Changes and contact
We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. For questions or privacy requests, please use our support page. Operator: Sumihiro Ueda.
